The brief: Manage the launch of Melbourne Food & Wine Festival’s first-ever podcast, based on a conversation series recorded at the 2019 festival, working with audio production agency to edit, script and deliver six episodes.

The work: Selected six one-hour talks from 2019 program and worked with agency to edit into 30-minute podcast episodes. Scripted intro, sponsor mentions and outro by host. Managed set-up of hosting plus Apple, Spotify and Google Podcast accounts. Created and delivered campaign to launch podcast and promote through owned and earned channels.

The outcome: Podcast attracted 2,000 downloads in first two weeks and was featured on Apple’s New and Noteworthy page for six weeks.
