The brief

Update Melbourne Food & Wine Festival’s EDM template as part of brand refresh and to address issues with mobile responsiveness. This was also an opportunity to reflect the new priorities of content team.

The work

Briefed in-house designer and external developers to create and code a fully responsive email template in line with new brand style guide. Following this, used new template as the basis of an in-house refresh of other EDM templates across the organisation, saving costs and resources.

The outcome

Uptick in engagement of 2.63% average click-through, along with ability to promote twice as many events in a single EDM.
